COVID COMPASSION PAY WHAT YOU WILL
“In the wake of this ongoing global pandemic, the need for the arts and creative expression is becoming more and more vital,” says Artistic Producer Donna Spencer. “The arts lift our spirits, stimulate our imaginations, and allow us to escape from day-to-day realities. Only live performance can create connections between audiences and artists, creating a truly unique one-of-a-kind experience. We know some of our audiences have been impacted economically and emotionally by COVID-19 and we don’t want them to miss out on a night at the theatre because ticket prices might be beyond their current budgets, so we have introduced a COVID Compassion Pricing where patrons can select from sliding scale ticket pricing. And if things are going well for you financially, we kindly ask you to consider paying it forward by making a donation to help subsidize tickets for others.”
At the Firehall, we know you want to attend live performances but the pandemic may have affected your budget and theatre tickets may be a luxury. So, we decided to change our ticket pricing structure as much as we could to try to help out. Ranging from $15 to $35, you choose – if you can afford to pay $35 please pay it but it $15 works better for your budget, pay that or any other amount as indicated on our sliding scale from $15 to $35.
And if things are going well for you financially, consider paying it forward by making a donation to help subsidize tickets for others.
**Applicable to all productions including, and following, The Amaryllis.**
Ticket prices include $3 service fee, $1 endowment fund and all applicable taxes.
*All prices are subject to change
Some Wednesday 1pm matinees are PWYC Pay-What-You-Can performances.
Tickets are available at the door ONLY, starting 45 minutes before the performance.
PWYC tickets are subject to availability. Advanced tickets for PWYC performances are full price.

The Firehall is currently operating using general seating. To accord for appropriate physical distancing, box office staff are allocating seats for patrons in advance. We are taking in to consideration any seating requests, but unfortunately cannot make any guarantees. We thank you for understanding.
All tickets are nonrefundable.
Exchanges are possible provided that it is at least 24 hours prior to performance, the applicable fee(s) are paid at the time of exchange, and the tickets are moved to another performance of the original production. Ticket exchanges carry a fee of $3 per ticket.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
Though extremely rare, should a performance be cancelled, the Box Office will contact you via email and phone. Pending inclement weather does not necessarily result in performance cancellations; however, patron’s may inquire with the Box Office 604.689.0926. Ticket exchange policy noted above will apply to patron initiated exchanges.
Discounts are available for group bookings of 10 or more; as well, we have excellent rates for high school and university students. Nearly all shows have Wednesday matinees, which are an excellent chance to see a performance, and talkbacks can be booked after these shows for your group.
